Use these guidelines and tips to help you understand what is expected of guests and staff, to help make your time in our clinic the most relaxing and progressive experience it can be.

 

•If you feel unwell before or whilst visiting the clinic please inform a staff member immediately 

 

•In order to acclimatize to the environment and get the most benefit from your treatment please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment. A 1o minute grace period is permitted at the time of your reservation.

 

•The therapist reserves the right to stop the treatment at any time if she / he feels that the guest’s behavior is inappropriate.

 

•Guests will be provided and are required to wear head-ware and footwear upon arrival. 

 

•Food, smoking, and alcohol are not allowed  on theeSKINco. premises. Refreshments are provided for guests and clients. 

 

•Please do not use excessively use videos, cameras, mobile phones, tablets or personal stereos during your visit.

We are proud to be a socially responsible business that puts the health and safety of our guest and staff first.

 

In addition to the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene already practiced at theeSKINco., we have implemented additional sanitation measures to protect the health and safety of our guest and our staff including:

 

• Increased cleaning schedules, multiple hand sanitation points around the clinic, surgical caps and surgical shoe covers upon arrival. 

 

• All appointments will allow a thorough cleaning time between each treatment. 

 

• Mask will be worn for all treatments by staff and upon arrival of reservation by guest also.
